This AI Disclaimer explains how the AI Business Advisor inside The Vegan Method works and what users should understand before relying on AI-generated responses.

The Vegan Method is operated by Danielle Wagner (The Vegan Method) ("The Vegan Method", "we", "us", or "our").

By using the AI Business Advisor or any AI-supported feature inside The Vegan Method, you agree to this AI Disclaimer.

The AI Business Advisor is provided for educational, informational, and practical business-support purposes.

It may help you generate ideas, review options, think through decisions, improve marketing, analyze business challenges, create content drafts, explore pricing considerations, or organize your next steps.

The AI Business Advisor is not a substitute for your own judgment, professional advice, or independent decision-making.

6. No Food Safety, Health, or Regulatory Advice

The Vegan Method may include culinary and business education for vegan food businesses.

However, the AI Business Advisor does not provide certified food safety, nutrition, health, medical, regulatory, or legal compliance advice.

If you choose to submit business information, product ideas, marketing plans, pricing, customer information, or other materials, you do so at your own discretion.

8. User Content and AI Inputs

When you submit information to the AI Business Advisor, that information may be used to generate responses and provide the service.

This may include information about your business, products, pricing, menu, marketing, customers, content, challenges, or goals.

9. AI Responses May Require Editing

AI-generated content should be treated as a draft or starting point.

10. No Responsibility for External Use

We are not responsible for how you use, publish, adapt, or implement AI-generated responses outside The Vegan Method.

You are responsible for making sure that anything you publish, sell, send, produce, or implement complies with applicable laws, platform rules, customer expectations, food safety requirements, intellectual property rights, and professional standards.

11. AI Tools and Third-Party Providers

The AI Business Advisor may rely on third-party AI tools, technology providers, platforms, or integrations.

These tools may change over time.

We do not control every aspect of third-party AI systems, including their availability, accuracy, performance, model behavior, updates, downtime, or limitations.

We may update, change, replace, limit, or remove AI features at any time as part of maintaining or improving The Vegan Method.

12. No Automated Decision-Making With Legal Effect

The AI Business Advisor is designed to provide suggestions and support for your own decision-making. It does not make automated decisions about you that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you, and it does not replace your own judgment.

13. No Human Review Unless Clearly Stated

AI-generated responses are not automatically reviewed by Danielle Wagner or by a human expert unless a specific plan, service, or feature clearly states that personal review is included.

If your plan includes a Personal CEO Review or other personal feedback feature, that review is separate from the AI Business Advisor and is subject to the terms described for that plan.

14. Use AI Responsibly

You agree to use the AI Business Advisor responsibly. You may not use it to:

  • Create illegal, harmful, misleading, or abusive content
  • Violate another person's rights
  • Copy or imitate another business in a way that infringes intellectual property
  • Generate false claims
  • Create discriminatory, hateful, or offensive content
  • Mislead customers
  • Avoid professional advice where professional advice is required
  • Circumvent laws, regulations, platform rules, or food safety requirements
