Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for The Vegan Method, operated by Danielle Wagner (The Vegan Method) ("The Vegan Method", "we", "us", or "our").

This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions. If there is a conflict between this policy and the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions will apply.

1. Free Trial

We may offer a 7-day free trial. The free trial does not require a credit card.

At the end of the trial, you may choose whether to purchase a paid membership. If you do not purchase a membership, you will not be charged and no action is required from you to avoid a charge.

Because our current free trial does not require payment details in advance, there is no automatic conversion to a paid plan. If this changes in the future, we will send you a reminder email before your trial ends and before any charge is made, and we will clearly disclose the price, billing frequency, and how to cancel before you provide payment details.

2. Cancelling Your Membership

You may cancel your membership at any time, at least as easily as you signed up. You can cancel:

  • Directly through your account settings inside the membership platform
  • Through your PayPal subscription settings
  • By emailing us at office@theveganmethod.co

If you cancel by email, we will confirm your cancellation in writing and process it before your next scheduled billing date, provided you contact us before that date.

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period (see Section 3 below).

3. General Refund Policy

The Vegan Method provides immediate access to digital content, tools, templates, workshops, community features, and resources as soon as your membership begins.

Because of this immediate access, and except as described in Sections 4 and 5 below, we generally do not offer refunds for:

  • Billing periods that have already started
  • Partial months of access
  • Time you did not use during an active billing period
  • Membership cancelled partway through a paid period

If you cancel, you will keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again afterward.

4. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU, UK, and Similar Jurisdictions)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases, you may ordinarily have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason.

However, this right of withdrawal typically does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun, if:

  • You have given your express, informed consent for us to begin providing the digital content or service immediately, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and
  • You have acknowledged that, by consenting to immediate access, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

By checking the box at checkout confirming that you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions and this Refund & Cancellation Policy, and then completing your purchase, you provide this consent and acknowledgment, and you request that we grant you immediate access to The Vegan Method. Your statutory right of withdrawal ends once you begin accessing the paid content.

If you do not provide this consent, or if applicable law in your jurisdiction does not permit this waiver, you may be entitled to withdraw within 14 days of purchase and receive a refund, minus any amount corresponding to services already supplied to you at your request during that period, calculated on a pro-rata basis.

To exercise a statutory right of withdrawal where it applies, contact us at office@theveganmethod.co within 14 days of your purchase.

5. Refunds Required by Law

Regardless of the general policy described in Section 3, we will provide a refund, in whole or in part, where required by applicable consumer protection law in your country or state of residence.

This may include, for example, situations where the service was not provided as described, where you validly exercise a statutory withdrawal right under Section 4, or where local law otherwise entitles you to a refund that cannot be waived by agreement.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any right that cannot be limited under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

6. Refunds for Termination Due to Violations

If your access is suspended or terminated because you violated our Terms & Conditions or Community Guidelines, you will generally not be entitled to a refund for the current or any prior billing period, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

7. How Refunds Are Issued

Where a refund is due under this policy, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (currently PayPal), within a reasonable time and in accordance with PayPal's own processing timelines.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you by email, through the platform, or by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
