These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Vegan Method website, digital membership, free trial, courses, workshops, templates, tools, community features, AI Business Advisor, and any related content or services provided by Danielle Wagner (The Vegan Method) ("The Vegan Method", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing our website, creating an account, joining a free trial, purchasing a membership, or using any part of The Vegan Method, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website, platform, membership, or services.

2. What The Vegan Method Provides

The Vegan Method is a digital education and support platform for vegan food business owners and people who want to build, improve, or grow a vegan food business.

Depending on your plan, The Vegan Method may include:

Digital business trainings
Culinary workshops
Worksheets, templates, checklists, calculators, and implementation tools
Monthly marketing plans
Community access
The AI Business Advisor
Personal feedback or review features
Additional resources, bonuses, or tools

The exact content, features, and support included in each plan may vary and will be described on the relevant sales page, checkout page, or membership area.

3. Educational Purpose Only

The Vegan Method provides educational content, business tools, practical guidance, and strategic support.

We do not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or professional regulated advice.

Any information, ideas, recommendations, examples, or feedback provided through The Vegan Method are for educational and informational purposes only.

You are responsible for making your own business decisions and for consulting qualified professionals where needed.

4. No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee that you will earn money, increase sales, gain customers, grow your business, improve profitability, or achieve any specific business result.

Your results depend on many factors, including your business model, pricing, location, market, experience, effort, implementation, product quality, customer demand, and other circumstances outside our control.

The Vegan Method provides tools and guidance. It does not guarantee outcomes.

5. Eligibility

The Vegan Method is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

By using The Vegan Method, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

If you provide inaccurate information about your age or identity, you are responsible for that information.

6. Account Registration

To access certain parts of The Vegan Method, you may need to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account or purchasing a membership.

You are responsible for:

Keeping your login details confidential
All activity that happens under your account
Not sharing your login details with anyone else
Not allowing others to access paid content through your account

7. Free Trial

The Vegan Method may offer a 7-day free trial.

The free trial does not require a credit card.

During the trial, you may receive access to selected content, resources, or community features, as described on the relevant sign-up page.

At the end of the free trial, you may choose whether to purchase a paid membership. If you do not purchase a membership, you will not be charged.

Where a free trial requires payment details in the future and automatically converts into a paid membership, we will send you a reminder email before the trial ends and before you are charged, so you have a fair opportunity to cancel.

We may change, pause, or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.

8. Membership Plans

The Vegan Method may offer different membership plans, such as a self-service plan and a higher-support plan.

Each plan includes the features described on the sales page or checkout page at the time of purchase.

We may update the names, structure, features, pricing, bonuses, or content of our plans from time to time.

If you are already a paying member, changes that materially affect your current access will be handled in a reasonable way and communicated where appropriate.

9. Monthly Subscription and Automatic Renewal

Paid memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis unless stated otherwise at checkout.

By purchasing a paid membership, you provide express, informed consent to recurring monthly payments through the payment provider used at checkout, and you confirm that the material terms of the subscription (price, billing frequency, and cancellation method) were clearly disclosed to you before you paid.

Currently, payments are processed through PayPal.

Your subscription will continue until you cancel it.

10. Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

You are responsible for any taxes, currency conversion fees, payment provider fees, or bank charges that may apply.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, such as PayPal. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems.

If a payment fails, your access may be paused, suspended, or cancelled until payment is successfully completed.

11. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time, and the process for doing so is at least as simple as the process for signing up.

You can cancel:

Directly through your account settings inside the membership platform
Through your PayPal subscription settings
By emailing office@theveganmethod.co, in which case we will confirm your cancellation and process it within a reasonable time, and in any event before your next billing date if you cancel before it

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

This means that if your billing period has already started, you will continue to have access until the end of that paid period, and your subscription will not renew for the next period.

12. Refunds

Because The Vegan Method provides immediate access to digital content, tools, templates, workshops, and resources, we generally do not offer refunds for billing periods that have already started.

Once a monthly billing period begins, you may cancel future renewals, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing period, except where required by applicable law (for example, statutory withdrawal rights described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy).

If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another region with a similar statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases, checking the box at checkout to agree to these Terms and completing your purchase means you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day withdrawal right once that access begins.

13. Digital Content Access

Your membership gives you access to the content available under your plan during the time your membership is active.

Content may be released gradually over time. Not all content may be available immediately when you join.

We may add, remove, update, replace, reorganize, or modify lessons, workshops, tools, templates, marketing plans, resources, community features, or AI features over time.

The Vegan Method is designed as a living platform, and content may change as the method, technology, and business needs evolve.

14. Personal Use and Business Use

Your membership is for your own personal and business use only.

You may use the content, tools, worksheets, templates, and ideas inside your own vegan food business.

You may not:

Share your login details
Give others access to your account
Copy, sell, license, publish, distribute, or resell our content
Upload our paid materials publicly
Use our materials to create a competing product, course, membership, platform, or service
Claim our materials, frameworks, templates, or content as your own
Record, download, scrape, or reproduce content unless we clearly allow it

15. Intellectual Property

All content inside The Vegan Method is owned by or licensed to Danielle Wagner (The Vegan Method), unless stated otherwise.

This includes, but is not limited to: videos, lessons, workshops, recipes, presentations, worksheets, templates, checklists, calculators, marketing plans, AI prompts or frameworks, written content, community materials, branding, logos, design elements, and The Vegan Method frameworks and methodology.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own personal learning and business implementation while your membership is active.

You do not receive ownership of any content or intellectual property.

16. User Content

You may submit, upload, post, or share content through forms, community areas, feedback requests, the AI Business Advisor, or other features.

This may include business information, product ideas, menus, pricing, marketing plans, content drafts, questions, comments, or other materials.

You remain the owner of your own content.

By submitting content to The Vegan Method, you give us permission to use, process, display, review, and respond to that content as needed to provide the service.

You confirm that you have the right to share any content you submit and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.

17. Community Guidelines

If The Vegan Method includes community features, you agree to participate respectfully and professionally, in accordance with our separate Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms.

You may not:

Harass, threaten, insult, or abuse other members
Post discriminatory, hateful, violent, or offensive content
Share spam or misleading promotions
Use the community mainly for self-promotion
Copy another member's business idea, content, or materials one-to-one
Share private information about another person or business without permission
Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
Violate another person's intellectual property rights
Encourage others to violate these Terms

You may take inspiration, learn from discussions, and apply general ideas to your own business.

You may not directly copy another member's specific work, offer, content, branding, recipes, pricing structure, marketing materials, or business concept without permission.

We may remove content, moderate discussions, restrict access, or remove members who violate these guidelines.

18. AI Business Advisor

Some plans may include access to an AI Business Advisor.

The AI Business Advisor may provide ideas, suggestions, business analysis, marketing guidance, content support, pricing thoughts, product ideas, or other educational responses.

The AI Business Advisor may make mistakes, produce incomplete information, misunderstand your situation, or provide suggestions that are not appropriate for your specific business.

You are responsible for reviewing, checking, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated output.

The AI Business Advisor does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or professional regulated advice, and it does not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.

You should not submit highly sensitive personal information, private customer data, confidential third-party information, or information you are not authorized to share.

19. Personal Feedback or Review Features

Some plans may include personal feedback, review, or support features.

These features are intended to help you improve your business decisions, content, pricing, menu, marketing, products, sales materials, or other business projects.

The scope, frequency, format, and availability of personal review features will be described on the relevant plan page or membership area.

Personal feedback is educational and strategic. It does not guarantee any specific result.

We may set reasonable limits on what can be submitted for review, the length or format of submissions, response times, and the type of feedback provided.

20. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use The Vegan Method in any way that:

Violates any law or regulation
Infringes intellectual property rights
Harms, threatens, or abuses others
Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the platform
Attempts to copy, scrape, download, or reproduce content at scale
Interferes with the security or operation of the website or platform
Uses the service for fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes
Shares false, misleading, or harmful information
Uses our content to build a competing product or service
Violates these Terms

21. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

The Vegan Method may use third-party platforms and tools to provide the service.

These may include platforms for website hosting, course delivery, payments, email, analytics, advertising, community features, AI tools, and customer support.

We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, downtime, policies, fees, or changes caused by third-party providers.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

22. Availability and Technical Issues

We aim to provide a reliable and high-quality service, but we do not guarantee that The Vegan Method will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Access may be affected by platform maintenance, technical issues, internet problems, third-party service interruptions, payment provider issues, security updates, or changes to tools or integrations.

We may update, maintain, suspend, or modify parts of the service when needed.

23. Changes to the Service

We may improve, update, redesign, reorganize, replace, remove, or discontinue parts of The Vegan Method over time.

This may include changes to lessons, workshops, templates, tools, marketing plans, community features, AI features, membership structure, pricing, bonuses, platform layout, or the content release schedule.

We may do this to improve the service, update outdated content, respond to user needs, fix technical issues, or adapt to business changes.

24. Termination or Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to The Vegan Method if you:

Violate these Terms
Share your account
Fail to make payment
Misuse the platform
Copy, distribute, or resell our content
Harass or harm other members
Abuse community features
Use the service in a fraudulent, illegal, or harmful way

If your access is terminated because of a violation of these Terms, you may not be entitled to a refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

25. Privacy

Your use of The Vegan Method is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, where relevant, our Cookie Policy.

Please review these policies to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

26. Disclaimers

The Vegan Method is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate, useful, and high-quality content, but we do not guarantee that:

The content will be error-free
The platform will always be available
The service will meet every user's expectations
The AI Business Advisor will always provide accurate or complete answers
Any specific business result will occur

You use The Vegan Method at your own discretion and responsibility.

27. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Danielle Wagner (The Vegan Method) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business-related damages, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of profits, loss of customers, loss of business opportunities, loss of data, business interruption, or decisions made based on our content, AI responses, or feedback.

Our total liability for any claim related to The Vegan Method will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the service during the one month before the claim arose, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability, right, or consumer protection that cannot be excluded or limited under the mandatory law of your country of residence. If you are a consumer located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, those laws continue to apply to you notwithstanding anything else in this section.

28. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Danielle Wagner (The Vegan Method) from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

Your use of The Vegan Method
Your violation of these Terms
Your misuse of our content
Your violation of another person's rights
Content or information you submit
Business decisions you make based on the service

29. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If you are a consumer located outside Israel, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your own country of residence, where such provisions cannot be waived by agreement under that country's law.

30. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, The Vegan Method, or your use of the service will be subject to the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

31. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may notify you by email, through the platform, or by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of The Vegan Method after changes are made means you accept the updated Terms.
