1. What The Vegan Method Is

The Vegan Method is a digital membership for vegan food business owners and people who want to build, improve, or grow a vegan food business.

Depending on your plan, it may include business trainings, culinary workshops, worksheets, templates, marketing plans, community features, an AI Business Advisor, and personal review features.

2. Digital Product Only

The Vegan Method is a digital product and service. We do not currently sell or ship physical products.

3. Free Trial

We may offer a 7-day free trial. It does not require a credit card.

At the end of the free trial, you may choose whether to join a paid membership. If you do not join, you will not be charged.

4. Monthly Membership

Paid memberships are billed monthly unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payments are currently processed through PayPal. Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel it.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time, at least as easily as you signed up, through your account, through PayPal, or by emailing us.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will keep access until then, and you will not be charged again afterward.

6. Refunds

Because The Vegan Method provides access to digital content, tools, templates, workshops, community features, and/or support, we generally do not offer refunds for billing periods that have already started, except where required by law.

If you are located in the EU, UK, or a similar jurisdiction, you may normally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days for any reason. By purchasing a membership and requesting immediate access to the digital content, you expressly agree that we may begin providing that content to you right away, and you acknowledge that you lose this 14-day withdrawal right once access has begun. 7. No Guaranteed Results

The Vegan Method provides education, tools, guidance, examples, frameworks, and support.

We do not guarantee that you will earn more money, increase sales, gain customers, grow your business, improve profitability, or achieve any specific business result.

Your results depend on many factors, including your products, market, pricing, implementation, effort, location, experience, and customer demand.

8. Not Professional Advice

The Vegan Method does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, food safety, regulatory, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for making your own business decisions and for consulting qualified professionals when needed.

9. AI Business Advisor

Some plans may include access to an AI Business Advisor.

The AI Business Advisor may provide ideas, suggestions, business analysis, marketing guidance, pricing thoughts, content drafts, and other practical support.

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing, checking, editing, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated response.

The AI Business Advisor does not replace professional advice or human judgment.

10. Your Account

Your account is for your own personal and business use only.

You may not share your login details, give other people access to your account, or allow others to use paid content through your membership.

11. Use of Content

You may use The Vegan Method materials to learn and improve your own vegan food business.

You may not copy, sell, distribute, upload, publish, resell, or share our content outside the platform. You may not use our materials to create a competing course, membership, platform, or service.

12. Community Rules

If The Vegan Method includes community features, members are expected to communicate respectfully.

You may ask questions, share ideas, discuss challenges, and learn from other members.

You may not harass others, post harmful content, spam the community, share private information, copy another member's work one-to-one, or misuse the community for excessive self-promotion.

We may remove posts or members who violate the Community Guidelines.

13. Privacy

We collect and use personal information to operate The Vegan Method, provide access to your account, process payments, send emails, improve the service, manage the community, provide support, and communicate with you.

This may include information such as your name, email address, account details, payment-related information, usage data, messages, community activity, and information you choose to submit.

We do not sell your personal information.

14. Marketing Emails
